Mere Posting Service, For Sale By Owner

We provide the following services for a flat fee:

• Mere Posting Service on Multiple Listing Services, MLS®, a database which provides data about properties for sale with full exposure for buyers on Realtor.ca. This service includes measurements and a write up of your property (you provide the pictures of the property) : $2000.00

• Photography: as you may know real estate photography is much different than taking a family picture, from the right angle to the right lighting we have years of experience and provide edited photos for your property: $250.00

• Pricing Your Home: there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. We will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way we do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report and a Market Evaluation which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area. It shows you recently sold listings, recent expired listings and active listings in your area: $75

• Staging advice and help, with years of experience we can help you work with what you already have to achieve the best look for your house: price ranges from $500.00 to $1000.00

• Signage usage $50

• Keybox usage $50
